Addictions Counselor

Amanda is originally from New York.  She recently relocated from southern Virginia to northern Virginia to pursue her passion for Psychology.  She began her studies at Penn State University where she completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She then obtained her Masters of Arts and doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology and is currently pursuing doctoral licensure in Virginia.  She has over five years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings facilitating mental health and drug and alcohol treatment. She is committed to assisting others in personal exploration and growth. She provides this assistance through the use of integrating multiple different treatment modalities aimed to serve a client’s individual needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and taking her dog on long walks.
