Jasmine is a resident in counseling with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. She provides group, individual, and couples therapy. Jasmine sees both clients in addiction treatment and those seeking mental health counseling. Jasmine uses a range of techniques from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered and solution focused approaches, as well as motivational interviewing to work toward change. She hopes to work with clients and couples to find healing and recovery in their lives as well as live their best life. She is a meditation and yoga instructor and brings mindfulness and mind-body practices into the counseling sphere to bridge the gap between mind and body. She enjoys stand up comedy and the outdoors in her free time.
