Lauren brings a creative and nurturing atmosphere to her work to allow clients to feel supported in their journey to wellness. Her trauma-focused master’s program and previous work in a variety of mental health settings have provided her with a well-rounded clinical background, which makes her adaptable and able to meet clients “wherever they are.”  As an art therapist, Lauren believes that all people have an inherent capacity for expressing themselves creatively to explore their experiences, increase self-awareness, find new solutions, and improve overall well-being in therapy. In her free time, Lauren enjoys expressive hobbies like ukulele, dance, yoga, cooking, and painting, and loves to travel to new places whenever possible.
