Executive Chef

Chef Thomas received his culinary training at the prestigious Johnson and Wales University.  While there he made Dean’s list and received a University Merit Scholarship due to his excellent academic achievements. He has over twenty years of experience in the corporate dining sector of the food service industry.  As an Executive Chef/Multiple Site Manager, he provided elevated quality of food service at many government accounts: United States Courthouse, Institute of Defense Analysis, Office of Personal Management, all Department of Homeland Security sites, Foreign Affairs Training Center, Department of Education, National Institute of Health, and so on. He assisted in managing the culinary programs, menu development, and cost control analysis. In addition, he received awards for achieving the highest level of customer service and financial success in the field. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. Besides spending time with his family and friends, he also enjoys volunteering his culinary skills to provide helping hands.
