Willow moved to Virginia upon completion of her Master’s degree to be closer to family and pursue her passion for helping the substance use population. She uses a variety of therapeutic treatment approaches including: trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness meditation, and creative arts techniques. In her spare time, Willow enjoys being out in nature, running, playing tennis, water coloring, and baking gourmet desserts for friends and family
